Single-stage rotary screw compressors built for continuous duty — 5 to 200 HP, fixed-speed or variable-frequency, with intelligent controls and fault logging for effortless maintenance.

A rotary screw air compressor uses two precisely matched rotors to compress air continuously, rather than in pulses. That makes it the workhorse of modern industry: smooth delivery, high efficiency, and the ability to run around the clock. Sulakshya screw compressors are engineered for exactly that — dependable air for plants that simply cannot afford downtime.
Two families, one obsession with uptime. Fixed-speed units are the proven, cost-effective choice for steady, predictable air demand. VFD (variable-frequency drive) units vary motor speed to match real demand moment to moment — which is where the energy savings come from, since electricity is the single largest lifetime cost of any compressor.
VFD models can cut energy use by up to a third versus fixed-speed running.
Simple operation, warning signals, and logging of every malfunction for easy upkeep.
From 62 dBA — quiet enough to install close to the work area.
Settings guarded against unauthorised changes on the shop floor.
The single-stage fixed-speed series spans SM SC 5 (5 HP) through SM SC 200 (200 HP), delivering from 17 up to 1024 CFM depending on model and working pressure (7, 8, 10 or 13 BAR). You can browse the full free-air-delivery table, with flow scaling live by pressure, on our specifications section.
Start with two numbers: the total air demand your tools and machines need (in CFM) and your required working pressure (in BAR). Add a margin for future growth and for leaks, then match that to a model that delivers it comfortably at your pressure. Not sure? Send us the equipment you run and we'll size it for you.
The single-stage screw range runs from 5 HP (SM SC 5) up to 200 HP (SM SC 200), with free air delivery from about 17 CFM to over 1000 CFM depending on model and pressure.
A fixed-speed compressor runs its motor at a constant speed and loads or unloads to meet demand. A VFD compressor varies motor speed to match demand precisely, which reduces energy waste and can lower electricity use by up to around a third.
Models are rated for 7, 8, 10 and 13 BAR. Free air delivery decreases as the rated pressure rises, so we size the unit to your specific pressure requirement.
Sulakshya units start from about 62 dBA (±2) for smaller models, rising with size. Lower-noise operation means the compressor can often sit close to the work area.
